We use a range of couriers to deliver your order, based on your location, the size, length and quantity of your order and the shipping service selected. Our dispatch system is automated and will select the most appropriate service based on these variables.
If you're in mainland UK and select standard delivery your order will normally arrive within a maximum of 2-3 working days. Express deliveries to mainland UK are sent on a 1-2 working day service but most will be delivered next working day. However these timescales are estimates, not guarantees. If you're item is being shipped outside of the UK then these timescales do not apply, most orders outside of the UK are delivered within 14 working days. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery time on either service then please contact us by email on email@example.com.
Shipping is FREE to all of the UK on smaller items and 95% of Mainland UK on larger items*. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas (Highlands, Isle of Man etc)
We make every effort to dispatch all orders placed up until 14.00 on the same working day, any order placed after 14.00 may not be dispatched until the next working day.

If you place your order on a public holiday, your items will take an additional business day to arrive.
Orders placed over the Christmas period may be subject to additional delays.

Your right to cancel and return begins from when you place the order and ends 14 days from when you received the goods. If you wish to cancel or return your order you must inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within this time frame and then return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your request to return. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and ensuring the goods are received back by us in as new condition. Long items can be expensive to return, so we advise all customers to order samples first to check suitability of the seals to help avoid any expensive return costs. If you receive a faulty or broken item you will be offered either a choice of a refund or replacement. Any return postage costs if an item is faulty or broken will be paid by ShowerSealUK. Please note that seals ordered as 'cut to length' are exempt from the returns policy and are non refundable.
*PLEASE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING TERMS ON LARGER ITEMS ARE FOR MOST UK MAINLAND POSTCODES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOME RURAL SCOTTISH POSTCODES, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND AND UK ISLANDS.
