We use a range of couriers to deliver your order based on your location, the size, length, quantity of your order, and the shipping service selected. Our dispatch system is automated and chooses the most appropriate service according to these factors.
For mainland UK, if you select standard delivery, your order will normally arrive within 2-3 working days. Express deliveries within mainland UK are sent via a 1-2 working day service. Please note these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Currently, we do not offer guaranteed next-day, specific day, or timed delivery services.
For orders shipped outside the UK, these timescales do not apply. Most international orders are delivered within 14 working days.

We advise end users ordering seals not to book tradesmen until the order has arrived and been checked. If you are a tradesman ordering on behalf of a customer, please order well in advance of your scheduled job (at least 5 working days) and check the product upon delivery.
Shipping is free on all short or rollable seals to all UK addresses except the Channel Islands . Please allow an extra day for deliveries to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and other similar locations.
Shipping is free on larger items except to some rural Scottish postcodes, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and UK Islands such as the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Skye, etc. In these cases shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Delivery charges apply to all orders within the EU and is calculated at checkout based on the location and order size.
We make every effort to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm may not be dispatched until the next working day.

If you place your order on or just before a public holiday, your items will take additional days to arrive as public holidays and weekends are not counted as "working days" by our couriers.
Orders placed over the Christmas or Easter periods may be subject to additional delays due to them having more than one public holiday in a row.

Returns
Your right to cancel begins from the moment you place the order and ends 14 calendar days after you receive the goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you wish to cancel or return your order, you must notify us by email (info@showersealuk.com) within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods from the date you informed us of your wish to cancel.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Returned goods must be received by us in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, including all original packaging.
Please note: long items may be expensive to return due to courier surcharges. We strongly recommend ordering samples first to check suitability and avoid unnecessary return costs.
If you receive a faulty or broken item, you will be offered a choice of either a replacement or a full refund.
If you refuse delivery for any reason, responsibility for the goods and their safe return lies with you, the buyer.
Seals that are damaged during installation, or items ordered using our 'cut to length' service, are non-refundable unless faulty.
